step 1:  Inquire for pricing

step 2:  Book my services!

Reserve your spot and fill out the form for a free initial 15-minute consultation! The initial 15-minute consultation is conducted via email. After your deposit payment has been made, we can proceed with a Zoom meeting or a phone call. If you prefer to continue the conversation via email, that option is also available. Take the first step and join us to turn your dream invitations into reality.
You will need to do following:

Complate the pricing proposal
Sign the contract
Pay a 40% retainer fee after consultation

Note: Our initial 15-minute consultation is free of charge. A 40% down payment is required to proceed with the design process and confirmation of the order.

step 3:  Project start!

After receiving your application form, I will carefully review all the details and inform you of the start date of your project. Please ensure that all information is provided accurately to ensure a meticulous and comprehensive process. For thorough and meticulous work, it is essential that the application form is completed in full and with detail.

step 4:  Design phase

During this process, I meticulously document everything we discuss. From your wedding theme colors to any Pinterest vision boards you may have, I gather all the details to begin crafting the perfect design for you. Once all changes are approved, we provide final proofs digitally for your confirmation.
During this stage, you have unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the work

step 5:  Printing & Production

Once you are satisfied with your wedding invitation suite and everything feels just right, the printing and production process begins. We send you the finalized versions digitally for approval before proceeding with printing. At this stage, the remaining 60% payment is collected, and the printing process commences. This also marks the beginning of envelope processing, where details such as envelope liners and envelope shapes are finalized.

step 6:  Shipping

This step might be your favorite as well. All invitations are sent in disassembled form, allowing you to personally assemble them. Putting together your invitations adds a personal touch to your special day. Pairing this with a bottle of wine can be quite enjoyable. Additionally, the final details you add to the envelopes will be your unique touch. Don't worry, there will be instructions on how to assemble the pieces, making it the most enjoyable step of all.

If you prefer, we can absolutely arrange for the invitations to be assembled and ready to be delivered to you. We're happy to accommodate your preferences in any way we can.
